Clinical Staff

Jill Zlomke McPherson, MA, LIMHP, Executive Director
Ms. Zlomke is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and graduated with a Masters in Educational Psychology-Community Counseling from the University of Nebraska in 2005. She began her career as a therapist at NMHC before serving as Treatment Coordinator at Excelsior Youth Centers (a residential treatment center), in Aurora, Colorado. Most recently, Ms. Zlomke was the Director of Outpatient Treatment at Pediatric Psychology Associates in Beatrice, Nebraska. Her areas of specialization include cognitive behavioral therapy, interpersonal relationships and healthy communications, PTSD, and general mental health services surrounding issues of depression, anxiety, and adjustment disorders. Ms. Zlomke has specific expertise in assessing and treating adolescent females and young women with severe symptoms including traumatic histories such as domestic violence, abuse and sexual offense victims.

Lee Zlomke, Ph.D., DABPS, Clinical Director
Dr. Zlomke is a licensed psychologist and a Diplomate in Child Psychological Specialties. He has focused most recently in forensic psychology in developmental disabilities, children/families and adolescents. He provides evaluation and treatment services in Lincoln and Beatrice. He specializes in behavioral psychology assessments and interventions for children, adolescents, families and forensic clients. He has provided clinical direction and special consultations for numerous agencies regarding patients with severe and persistent mental illness/behavior disorders. Dr. Zlomke began his relationship with NMHC in September 2005. He is the founder and CEO of Pediatric Psychology Associates, a private psychology practice based in Beatrice, Nebraska.

Lisa Logsden, Psy.D.
Dr. Logsden is a fully licensed psychologist who completed her doctorate at California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University in San Francisco. She provides treatment and psychological evaluations at both the Lincoln and Fremont offices. She specializes in children and families, adolescents, autism spectrum disorders (particularly Asperger's Disorder), severe and persistent mental illness, and substance abuse treatment. Dr. Logsden has been with NMHC since November 2010.

Megan Reddy, Ph.D.
Ms. Reddy began her career at NMHC in September 2010 as a pre-doctoral intern. She completed her internship August 31, 2011 and began her first year of residency as a provisionally licensed psychologist. At present she is a Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and coordinates the Outpatient Substance Abuse Program at NMHC. She specializes in treating complex trauma through emotion-focused therapy, biofeedback, and mindfulness. Her interests include learning disability assessment, psychological assessment of children and adults, disability evaluations, parenting evaluations for child protective services, and neuropsychological testing of children and adults.

Natalie Swift, Psy.D.
Dr. Swift is a provisionally licensed psychologist. She has expertise in developing helping relationships and specialized interventions with culturally diverse clients. Dr. Swift currently works with persons with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health challenges and forensic assessments of patients disabilities

Sean Thomas, Psy.D.
Dr. Thomas is a provisionally licensed psychologist with several years of experience assessing and treating persons with sexual offending behaviors and dangerous aggressive behaviors. He has expertise and interests in neuropsychological assessment and treatment planning.

Linda Hunter, Psy.D.
Ms. Hunter is a fully licensed clinical psychologist who received her doctorate from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia and holds a current interest in forensic psychology. She operates a general rural psychology practice in Northeast Nebraska. Dr. Hunter performs court evaluations in Fremont for parental custody cases and has recently been approved as a provider of services for sex offenders and substance abuse clients for the State of Nebraska.

Stephanie Kentopp, MA, LMHP, CPC
Ms. Kentopp is a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner specializing in the mental health care of individuals and families. Stephanie is trained in the ASI and CASI substance abuse structured assessment model. She also specializes in the care of substance-dependent patients who also have behavioral health needs. She will provide clinical services to NMHC's outpatient substance abuse treatment services and alcohol education programs.

Nancy Heller, MA, LMHP, CPC
Nancy Heller is a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner who began working for NMHC in December 2001. She specializes in geriatrics and faith-based treatment. Ms. Heller graduated in May 2000 with a Master of Arts from Grace University. In recent years, Ms. Heller has been an independent contractor working with NMHC focusing primarily on in-home therapy for the elderly.

Administrative Staff

Kelly Prather, Practice Administrator
Ms. Prather has been NMHC's practice administrator for a decade and has intimate knowledge in health administration. She is also a certified medical/psychological coding/billing specialist.

Rose Zlomke, MA, LMHP, Quality Assurance
Mrs. Zlomke served as Quality Assurance Program Specialist and Policy Coordinator at a State of Nebraska facility in Beatrice, Nebraska for 14 years. Mrs. Zlomke currently works for the Department of Health and Human Services, Health Promotion Division in Lincoln where she coordinates health promotion and community education efforts. She is also a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner and has a Masters degree in Early Childhood Education. Mrs. Zlomke will oversee everyday work flow of the office, update documentation as needed, and coordinate quality assurance activities for the practice.

Thomas I. McPherson, Technical Coordinator
Mr. McPherson recently completed an internship at ACTON Marketing, a financial marketing firm in Lincoln, NE, and has work experience with production and management of print media and business equipment. He will be in charge of updating/streamlining documentation processes, marketing efforts, media and referral source relations, as well as website and IT support. Mr. McPherson graduated from the Metropolitan State College of Denver with a B.A. in English, writing emphasis, and a certification in Technical Writing and Editing.

Pam Ward
Pam is the patient accounts manager. She is the assertive voice that knows the language of your insurance benefits and can help you traverse this complicated landscape. She has years of experience in medical billing and accounts management and is here to help you get the benefits you and your employer have purchased for your family's well being.

Valerie Fisher
Val is the voice you hear most often when you first call NMHC. She is our patient care scheduler and coordinator. Along with her history as a nurse and caregiver, she has years of experience coordinating the care you need. She specializes in helping you make the most of the NMHC services by scheduling appointments and working directly with clinical staff and patients on their upcoming health care needs.
